Refund policy

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@modernchicessentials.com before sending any items back.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage
• Items returned without prior approval

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.
• Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
• If you’d like a different color, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
