Thank you for shopping with Modern Chic Essentials. We want your travel essentials to arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping details below.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
- Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
- During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, new launches), processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently offer the following shipping rates within the United States:
• Free U.S. shipping on all orders
• Orders ship within the United States only at this time.
• Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after processing.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on the carrier, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after the label has been created.
- You can use this tracking number to follow your order’s progress until delivery.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time (if you do ship to them, change this line).
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address entered by the customer.
- If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@modernchicessentials.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, it is in the carrier’s possession and control.

- Verify the shipping address on your order

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@modernchicessentials.com within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number

Photos of the packaging and damaged item(s)
